外经贸部部长助理高虎城近日在全国许可证管理体制改革工作会议上表示,我国将对现行的进出口商品许可证管理体制实行改革,配额许可证事务局为全国唯一的管理许可证发证业务的部门,外经贸部机关不再承担进出口许可证签发工作管理的职能,体现政策制定与实施分离、配额管理与许可证签发管理分离的原则。
Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Gao Hucheng recently at the national conference on permit management system reform said that China will implement the current import and export commodities permit management system reform, the Quota Permits Authority for the country’s only management license certification business Departments of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation will no longer assume the functions of the management of the issuance and issue of import and export licenses and reflect the principle of separation of policy making and implementation and the separation of quota management and license issuing and management.
