在对转速和金属裂纹的数字检测中,我们应用PMOS和CMOS组件设计了两种数字频率计。在设计过程中,我们根据MOSICs的性能特点,对频率计的控制电路进行了改进。这两种频率计线路简单,用元件少,功耗低,体积小,经济实用,抗干扰能力强。 尤其是CMOSICs频率计,只用了十块MOS组件,九支电阻,两支电容,一支二极管和一块四位液晶显示器,安装在一块9×6cm~2的印刷板上。整机由一块6V积层电池供电,电流消耗小于0.15mA。与各种频率输出的传感器配合,可用来测量各种物理量,实现四位数字显示及其相应功能。
In digital detection of speed and metal cracks, we designed two digital frequency meters using PMOS and CMOS components. In the design process, we improve the control circuit of the frequency meter according to the performance characteristics of MOSICs. These two frequency meter circuit is simple, with fewer components, low power consumption, small size, economical and practical, anti-interference ability. Especially CMOSICs frequency meter, only used 10 MOS components, nine resistors, two capacitors, a diode and a four-digit LCD, mounted on a 9 × 6cm ~ 2 printed board. The whole machine is powered by a 6V battery pack with current consumption less than 0.15mA. With a variety of frequency output of the sensor, can be used to measure a variety of physical quantities, to achieve four-digit display and its corresponding function.
