为解决低浓度过氧化氢溶液的稳定性问题,观察了不同浓度的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)对3%过氧化氢溶液稳定性的影响。经初步稳定性实验结果显示,AEO有明显增强过氧化氢溶液的稳定性作用,且随其浓度增加而增强。并经恒温加速法实验结果,预测得3%过氧化氢在2%AEO溶液中有效期为702天。结果表明,AEO作为3%过氧化氢溶液的稳定剂提供了依据。
In order to solve the stability problem of low concentration hydrogen peroxide solution, the effects of different concentrations of fatty alcohol ethoxylates (AEO) on the stability of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution were observed. The results of preliminary stability experiments show that AEO can significantly enhance the stability of hydrogen peroxide solution and increase with its concentration. According to the result of constant temperature accelerated method, 3% hydrogen peroxide was predicted to be 702 days in 2% AEO solution. The results showed that AEO provided the basis for the stabilizer of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution.
