吗叮啉(Domperidone.多潘立酮)作为一种新型胃动力药和高效止吐药,为临床广泛应用。我们自1989年10月至1993年3月应用吗叮啉治疗有胃排空延缓症状的女性患者968例(消化性溃疡253例,慢性胃炎715例),其中有9例出现不同程度的溢乳反应,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 9例均系已婚育非哺乳期妇女,年龄28～45岁,体重42～61公斤。治疗前无溢乳现象,月经周期正常,无闭经及痛经史,乳房无肿块。1.2 就诊时主要症状 上腹部饱胀9例,嗳气4例,上腹部隐痛4例(其中规律性3例,不规律1例),泛酸2例,纳差2例。

No galactorrhea before treatment, normal menstrual cycle, no history of menopause and dysmenorrhea, no lumps in the breast. 1.2 The main symptoms of the upper abdomen in 9 cases of fullness, belching 4 cases, 4 cases of upper abdominal pain (including 3 cases of regular, irregular 1 case), 2 cases of pantothenic acid, 2 cases of anorexia.
