目的了解医院口服糖尿病药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量分析方法,对医院2013年口服抗糖尿病药物的销售金额、用药频度等指标进行统计分析。结果 2013年住院患者使用糖尿病药物年度金额前三名分别是拜糖平、格华止、达美康;DDDs年度排名前三位的分别是糖适平、格华止、格列美脲片。胰岛素中诺和灵30R笔芯和优泌灵30/70笔芯用量占全部胰岛素用量的40%以上。结论医院糖尿病药物使用基本合理。
Objective To understand the application of Oral Diabetes Drugs in hospitals and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods A limited daily dose analysis method was used to analyze the sales amount, frequency of medication and other indexes of oral antidiabetic drugs in hospitals in 2013. Results The top three annual inpatients’ using of diabetes drugs in 2013 were respectively Yipingping, Gehua, and Deltamex. The top three DDDs of the year were Glycyrrhizin, Gliclazide and Glimepiride respectively. Insulin and Nepril 30R refill and Youguirin 30/70 refill amount accounted for more than 40% of the total amount of insulin. Conclusion The hospital use of diabetes drugs is basically reasonable.
