由于新桥矿岩巷上山掘进出矸及运料运输路线复杂,传统的轨道运输系统已不能满足生产的需求。为了减少辅助运输对巷道掘进的影响,针对上山掘进运输系统进行了优化设计。通过对排矸及物料运输系统的综合分析,确定了排矸及物料运输的合理方案,进而组成了岩巷上山掘进运输系统。详细介绍了该运输系统的各组成部分及工作流程,应用结果表明,该运输系统成功解决了新桥煤矿岩巷上山掘进运输的难题,取得了显著的社会效益。
Due to the complexity of tunneling and discharging rock and material transport routes in Xinqiao mine and rock roadway, the traditional rail transportation system can no longer meet the needs of production. In order to reduce the impact of auxiliary transport on roadway driving, the tunneling transportation system was optimized. Through a comprehensive analysis of the gangue and material transportation system, a reasonable scheme of gangue and material transportation has been determined, and then the uphole tunneling and transportation system has been formed. Detailed description of the transport system components and workflow, the application results show that the transport system successfully solved the Xinqiao coal mine rock roadway tunneling transportation problems, and achieved significant social benefits.
