我段遵照１９９２年６月起施行的《铁路货车段修规程》中要求对转８Ａ制动梁滚子轴实行探伤。先后采用过马蹄形探伤器、环形探伤仪、ＤＣＦ—Ｌ型磁粉探伤机进行滚子轴探伤，均不能达到目的。因而提出将现在滚子轴的装配方式改进为使滚子轴与闸瓦托能够自由分解的方式，以利实施探伤，并可定期更换滚子轴
In accordance with the requirements of the “Railway Freight Train Repair Regulations” which was implemented in June 1992, I conducted the inspection on the roller shaft of Zhuan 8A brake beam. Has used a horseshoe flaw detector, circular flaw detector, DCF-L magnetic particle inspection machine roller shaft flaw detection, can not achieve its purpose. Therefore, it is proposed to improve the assembly method of the roller shaft so that the roller shaft and the brake shoe can be freely disassembled to facilitate the detection of flaws, and the roller shaft can be replaced periodically
