自1988年江西省委、省政府作出进行农业总体开发走农业工业化路子的决策以来,如何推进农业工业化已成为人们普遍关注的热点。我们认为,农业工业化能否顺利推进,关健在于合理投放资金,培植和发展战略性的产业——农副产品加工业以及调整好现有的重化工业结构。我们认为,应分别三个阶段调整资金投向,以有效地加快农业工业化进程。农业工业化的前期阶段:集中资金投向农业,促使经济作物快速增长,填补经济作物与现在农副产品加工业之间的缺口,使现有农副产品加工业成为资金扩张
Since 1988, when the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and the provincial government made the decision of carrying out the agriculture overall development and taking the industrialization of agriculture, how to promote agricultural industrialization has become a hot spot of widespread concern. In our opinion, the key to the successful industrialization of agriculture lies in the rational allocation of funds, the cultivation and development of a strategic industry, the processing of agricultural and sideline products, and the adjustment of the existing structure of heavy and chemical industries. In our opinion, we should adjust the capital investment in three stages so as to effectively speed up the process of agricultural industrialization. The early stages of agricultural industrialization: Centralization of funds into agriculture, to promote the rapid growth of cash crops to fill the gap between cash crops and the processing of agricultural and sideline products now, so that the existing processing of agricultural and sideline products to become capital expansion
