Uneven distribution and growing household financial burden are triggering anti-reform arguments. In the wave of economic liberalization over the past 15 years, China has made extraordinary achievements in its economy. However, its increasingly uneven income distribution and increased household financial burden have stimulated a bottom-line debacle facing the market reforms.
