目的:对马尾伸筋草挥发油化学成分进行研究。方法:分别利用索氏提取法、超临界CO_2萃取法提取马尾伸筋草挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法进行测定。结果:从马尾伸筋草挥发油中分离鉴定得到74种化学成分。其中,索氏提取法分离得到47种化学成分;超临界CO_2萃取法分离鉴定得到46种化学成分;两种提取方法中共有成分19种。结论:两种方法提取的挥发油化学成分种类存在一定差异,该研究为进一步开发和利用马尾伸筋草提供了实验依据。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Volatile Oil of Horsetail caudatus. Methods: Volatile oil from P. cauctica was extracted by Soxhlet extraction and supercritical CO 2 extraction respectively and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: Seventy-four chemical constituents were isolated and identified from the volatile oils of P. caudatus. Among them, 47 chemical constituents were isolated by Soxhlet extraction, 46 chemical constituents were isolated and identified by supercritical CO 2 extraction and 19 were common constituents of the two extraction methods. Conclusion: There are some differences in the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted by the two methods. This study provides experimental basis for further development and utilization of P. matsutake.
