福建省化学化工学会于1981年12月26日至27日在福州市召开理事长、秘书长扩大会议.参加会议的有正付理事长邓林华、卢嘉锡、蔡启瑞、倪松茂、黄金陵,秘书长王乃扬、张帆、池迺书、陈增柏等共21人.省科协学会部付部长孙济家等同志到会指导.会议回顾了一九七九年学会恢复活动以来所开展的工作,着重讨论研究了以下几个方面的问题:(一)关于学会章程问题;(二)1982年召开第二届会员代表大会暨学术年会以及会前准备工作问题;(三)成立专业委员会和工作委员会问题;(四)学会专职干部配备问题;(五)1982年学会活动经费问题;(六)1982年学会活动计划.
Fujian Chemical and Chemical Engineering Society held the chairman and secretary-general's enlarged meeting in Fuzhou from December 26 to December 27, 1981. Deng Linhua, Lu Jiaxi, Cai Qirui, Ni Songmao, Huang Jinling and Wang Naiyang , Zhang Fan, Chi Kui, Chen Zengbai a total of 21. Provincial Association for science and technology department minister Sun Jijia and other comrades to attend the meeting.The meeting reviewed the work carried out since 1979 to resume activities, focusing on the study of the following (1) Questions concerning the constitution of the Institute; (2) Issues of the Second Annual General Meeting of Member and Academic Annual Meeting and Preparation for the Conference in 1982; (3) Problems of the Establishment of Professional Committees and Working Committees; (4) (5) Problems of funds for learning activities in 1982; (6) Plans for learning activities in 1982.
