剖宫产是解决难产和重症高危妊娠,抢救孕妇和围生儿生命的有效手段。近年来随着现代麻醉水平、剖宫产技术的不断提高,辅助技术如输血支持、有效抗生素的普及应用,使剖宫产的安全性大大提高,剖宫产率逐年上升,已引起广大产科工作者和社会的关注。笔者分析孟州市妇幼保健院剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化,旨在对剖宫产率上升的原因进行探讨。

The author analyzes the change of cesarean section rate and indication of cesarean section in MCH in Mengzhou City, in order to discuss the reason of the rising cesarean section rate.
