糖皮质激素(如地塞米松)对大多数非实体性肿瘤(如淋巴瘤)具有促凋亡和抗增殖的作用而被广泛应用于肿瘤的治疗。另有研究表明,地塞米松联合细胞毒药物治疗实体瘤,可诱导起源于上皮组织的多种恶性肿瘤对化疗药物介导的细胞凋亡产生抵抗而影响疗效。因此,抗肿瘤药物联合糖皮质激素治疗实体肿瘤日渐引起临床工作者的关注。糖皮质激素诱导实体肿瘤细胞抗凋亡的作用与细胞类型有关,其分子机制与功能性糖皮质激素受体介导的细胞信号转导通路相关。现对糖皮质激素诱导肿瘤细胞抗凋亡作用的信号转导通路进行综述。
Glucocorticoids (such as dexamethasone) are widely used in the treatment of tumors because of their pro-apoptotic and antiproliferative effects on most non-solid tumors (such as lymphomas). Another study shows that dexamethasone combined with cytotoxic drugs in the treatment of solid tumors, can induce a variety of malignant tumors originated in epithelial cells of chemotherapy-mediated apoptosis and affect the response. Therefore, anti-cancer drugs combined with glucocorticoid treatment of solid tumors are increasingly attracting the attention of clinicians. The anti-apoptotic effects of glucocorticoid on solid tumor cells are related to the cell types. The molecular mechanism is related to the functional signal transduction pathway mediated by glucocorticoid receptor. Now on the glucocorticoid-induced apoptosis of tumor cells signal transduction pathway are reviewed.
