通过对成人教育资源整合的分析,为昆山成人教育资源整合提供切实可行的方式和途径,提出四点策略:一是政策上政府要强化对社区、学校成人教育资源整合的统筹领导;二是管理上确定昆山社区培训学院在成人教育资源整合上龙头地位,分类分层逐步推进;三是技术上以计算机网络化为手段,实施好成人现代远程教育工程;四是服务上成人教育资源整合要以较强整合能力的专业人员队伍为保障。
