1997年以来,重钢公司紧密围绕企业生产经营中心,大力推进效能监察制度化、规范化建设,从效能监察立项前的调研、选题立项、注重过程参与、抓好项目实施到最后总结,形成了一套行之有效的办法和经验,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但长期以来,有些单位对效能监察成果的评估还是凭感觉,缺乏有理性、有标准、客观公正的评判,没有形成规范有序制度和标准。因此,如何对效能监察成果进行科学评估,这是一个需要认真研究和探索的问题。
