Objective To explore and analyze the relationship between chromosomal aberrations and radiation damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes. Methods The gender, age, type of work, working unit, number and type of chromosome aberration, micronucleus anomalies, white blood cell count, lymphocyte count and count, personal dose monitoring results of 30 cases of peripheral blood lymphocyte abnormal chromosome aberration were classified and analyzed . Results There were no abnormalities in micronuclei, white blood cell count, lymphocyte count and personal dose monitoring in 30 cases with abnormal chromosomal aberrations. Conclusion Low-dose and low-dose radiation has a certain random effect on human radiation damage, and its long-term effect needs to be observed.
