目的 探讨CT仿真结肠镜显示结肠息肉样病变的能力。方法 将融化的石蜡注入猪大肠粘膜下 ,模拟不同大小的大肠息肉样病变。先行电子结肠镜检查 ,录象和拍照记录息肉形态。再行螺旋CT扫描 ,采用CT仿真结肠镜技术观察结肠息肉 ,将其结果和电子结肠镜比较。结果 和电子结肠镜相比 ,CT仿真结肠镜可确定≥10mm息肉的形态 ,并可满意显示其表面细节 ,也可较满意地确定 5~ 9mm息肉的形态和细节 ,对≤ 5mm息肉的形态和表面细节显示有一定的困难。结论 CT仿真结肠镜作为一种无创伤的影像学检查 ,其显示肠腔内表面结果与电子结肠镜相似 ,具有广泛的临床应用价值
Objective To explore the ability of CT simulated colonoscopy to show colon polyp-like lesions. Methods Melted paraffin was injected into the mucosa of pig intestine to simulate polypoid lesions of different sizes. First electronic colonoscopy, video recording and photo recording polyp morphology. Then spiral CT scan, the use of CT simulation Colonoscopy observation of colon polyps, the results and electronic colonoscopy comparison. Results Compared with electronic colonoscopy, CT colonoscopy can confirm the morphology of polyps ≥10mm, and can show the surface details satisfactorily. The morphology and details of 5-9mm polyps can be determined satisfactorily. Surface details show some difficulties. Conclusions As a noninvasive imaging examination, CT simulated colonoscopy showed that the results of endoscopic intestine were similar to those of electronic colonoscopy and had a wide range of clinical value
