数学是一门抽象、严谨的学科。如何能让学生喜欢上它呢?重要的是教师要让学生理解所学的数学知识,让学数学成为一种乐趣。这就要求教师根据学生年龄特点,在课堂上尽量充分调动学生感官,促成课堂教学的“双边活动”。爱因斯坦曾说:“一个人的发展和他形成概念的方法,很大程度上取决于语言。”语言是思维的外化,思维借助语言,语言促进思维。因此,在小学数学教学中,教师要创造条件让学生说,并加强对学生说的训练。
