用指数法评价医院社会效益及经济效益已越来越广泛。但旧的指数体系存在着许多弊端,更新的指数体系提供了一套统一的简单实用、因素作用明确的体系,使指数体系在统一化、科学化和实用化方面前进了一步。本文通过实例介绍其在医院管理中的应用。1 更新的指数体系模型的计算方法 更新的指数体系定义为:反映社会经济现象相互联系的指数差额群,它满足各因素变动对现象总体影响差额的代数和等于现象总体实际变动差额,即包括绝对数差额和相对数差额(即指数差额)。
It is more and more widely used to evaluate the social and economic benefits of hospitals using the index method. However, there are many shortcomings in the old index system. The updated index system provides a unified set of simple and practical, clear-cut mechanism of factors, making the index system a step forward in terms of unity, scientificness, and practicality. This article describes its application in hospital management through examples. 1 Updated index system model calculation method The updated index system is defined as: an index difference group that reflects the interrelationship of social and economic phenomena. It satisfies the algebra of the total impact of each factor change on the phenomenon and is equal to the actual variation of the overall phenomenon, which includes absolute The difference between the number and the relative number (that is, the index difference).
