目的:观察规范化健康教育在神经内科的应用效果。方法:选取浙江省温岭市第一人民医院2015年2月~2016年2月收治的神经内科患者80例,随机分为两组,观察组40例患者采用规范化健康教育,对照组40例患者采用常规健康教育,在患者出院时,使用自制的问卷,收集两组患者的健康教育知识掌握率和健康教育满意度数据,并进行比较分析。结果:两组患者在性别、年龄、文化程度等基本资料方面无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的健康教育知识掌握率为92.5%,对照组患者的健康教育知识掌握率为80.0%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的健康教育满意度为90.5%,对照组患者的健康教育满意度为77.5%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科患者护理中应用规范化健康教育,能够有效提高患者健康教育知识掌握率,增强健康教育效果,提高患者健康教育满意度。
Objective: To observe the effect of standardized health education in neurology. Methods: Eighty patients with neurology admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Wenling, Zhejiang Province from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in the observation group were given standardized health education and 40 in the control group During routine health education, self-made questionnaires were collected at the time of discharge, and the data of health education knowledge and health education satisfaction of the two groups were collected and compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the basic data of gender, age and education (P> 0.05). The observation rate of health education in the observation group was 92.5%, that of the control group was 80.0% , And the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of health education was 90.5% in the observation group and 77.5% in the control group, which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The application of standardized health education in the nursing of neurology patients can effectively improve the mastery rate of patients ’health education knowledge, enhance the effect of health education and improve the satisfaction of patients’ health education.
