研究了培养基和溶氧对MM2工程菌产霍乱毒素B亚单位的影响。用正交试验获得了高产且廉价的YCP培养基,0.025~0.1mol/L磷酸盐是霍乱毒素B亚单位高产所必需的。提高溶氧能提高产率和缩短培养时间,在5L发酵罐中培养平均产量达93.3mg/L。分析并讨论了MM2工程菌的培养动力学过程
The effects of medium and dissolved oxygen on cholera toxin B subunit production in MM2 engineered bacteria were studied. Orthogonal test was used to obtain YCP medium with high yield and low cost. 0.025 ~ 0.1mol / L phosphate was necessary for high yield of cholera toxin B subunit. Increased dissolved oxygen can improve the yield and shorten the culture time, the average yield of 93.5mg / L cultured in 5L fermentor. The kinetics of culture of MM2 engineered bacteria was analyzed and discussed
