由局域近似假设 ,推导出了彩色交流等离子体显示板 (AC PDP)气体放电中平均电子能量的计算公式 .该由公式的计算结果表明 ,随着Xe分压强与总气压之比xXe或气压 p的增加 ,平均电子能量下降 ,而由电场强度改变造成的能量变化的幅度减小 .根据此计算结果 ,对xXe和 p对彩色AC PDP光电性能的影响进行了理论分析 .分析结果表明 :随着xXe的增加 ,着火电压、记忆范围、亮度和光效均增加 ;随着 p的增加 ,记忆范围、亮度和光效也单调增加 ,而着火电压存在着一个最小值 .此分析与实验结果是一致的
Based on the local approximation assumption, the calculation formula of the average electron energy in the gas discharge of the color alternating current plasma display panel (AC PDP) is deduced.The calculated result of the formula shows that with the ratio of the partial pressure of Xe to the total pressure xXe or air pressure p increases, the average electron energy decreases, and the amplitude of energy change caused by the change of electric field intensity decreases.According to the calculation results, the influence of xXe and p on the photoelectric properties of color AC PDP is theoretically analyzed.The results show that with the increase of With the increase of xXe, the ignition voltage, the memory range, the brightness and the light efficiency all increase.
