以塔里木盆地3年生胡杨、灰叶胡杨幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽方法模拟不同土壤干旱条件,研究胡杨、灰叶胡杨的蒸腾耗水规律。结果表明:生长期胡杨、灰叶胡杨的蒸腾耗水量表现出适宜水分>轻度胁迫>中度胁迫>重度胁迫,月蒸腾耗水量呈单峰变化,最高值出现在7月。不同土壤水分条件下,两树种月耗水量差异均较明显,说明土壤水分含量是决定树木蒸腾耗水量的主要因素;天气状况也影响苗木耗水量,耗水峰值多出现在晴天,峰谷多是阴天。不同土壤水分条件下灰叶胡杨单株耗水量均高于胡杨,水分条件较好时灰叶胡杨的生长较胡杨好,水分利用效率高,但随水分的减少胡杨的水分利用效率提高,表明胡杨对干旱环境的适应性较灰叶胡杨强,能有效地利用有限的水资源在荒漠生境中生存。
Taking Populus euphratica and Populus euphratica seedlings of 3-year-old population in Tarim Basin as experimental materials, potting method was used to simulate different soil drought conditions, and the transpiration water consumption of Populus euphratica and Populus tomentosa were studied. The results showed that the transpiration water consumption of Populus euphratica and Populus davidiana showed suitable water> mild stress> moderate stress> severe stress. The monthly transpiration water consumption showed a single peak change, the highest value appeared in July. Under different soil moisture conditions, the difference of monthly water consumption of the two tree species is more obvious, indicating that soil moisture content is the main factor that determines the transpiration water consumption of trees; the weather conditions also affect the water consumption of seedlings, the peak of water consumption appears in sunny days, cloudy day. Under different soil moisture conditions Populus euphratica single plant water consumption were higher than that of Populus euphratica, the better water conditions Populus euphratica growth better than Populus euphratica, water use efficiency, but with the reduction of water Populus euphratica water use efficiency, indicating that Populus euphratica The adaptability to the arid environment is stronger than that of the ash leaf, which can effectively utilize the limited water resources to survive in the desert habitat.
