采用微电极记录方法,在大鼠膈神经-膈肌标本上,以终板电位(EPP)、小终板电位(MEPP)及乙酰胆碱电位(Achp)为指标,观察了针刺脾俞、阳陵泉穴对脾气虚大鼠神经-肌肉接头传递的影响。结果发现,脾气虚大鼠EPP、MEPP、Achp的振幅均明显低于健康大鼠(P<0.05),但其EPP、MEPP频率及Achp的时程与健康大鼠比没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。分别针刺脾俞、阳陵泉穴有使EPP、MEPP及Achp振幅增高的趋势,但统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05),同时针刺二穴时,EPP、MEPP、Achp振幅升高明显,与脾气虚对照组比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。针刺脾俞、阳陵泉对EPP、MEPP频率及Achp时程没有明显影响。上述结果表明,脾气虚时,神经-肌肉接头传递障碍的机制可能在于突触后膜。针刺脾俞、阳陵泉可提高脾气虚时神经-肌肉接头的传递。
Microelectrode recording method was used to observe the effect of acupuncturing Pishu and Yanglingquan on indexes of phrenic nerve-diaphragm in rats with endplate potentials (EPP), small endplate potential (MEPP) and acetylcholine potentials (Achp) Effect of Point on Nerve - Muscle Adapter Transmission in Spleen Deficiency Rats. The results showed that the amplitudes of EPP, MEPP and Achp in spleen deficiency rats were significantly lower than those in healthy rats (P <0.05), but the EPP, MEPP frequency and Achp duration were not significantly different from those in healthy rats P> 0.05). Acupuncture at Pishu and Yanglingquan points, respectively, increased the amplitude of EPP, MEPP and Achp, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). At the same time, the EPP, MEPP, Achp The amplitude increased significantly compared with the spleen deficiency control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Acupuncture spleen, Yanglingquan EPP, MEPP frequency and Achp duration had no significant effect. The above results show that the mechanism of neuromuscular junction transfer disorder may lie in the postsynaptic membrane. Acupuncture spleen, Yanglingquan can improve the temper when the nerve - muscle transmission joints.
