目的观察复方邻苯二甲醛对猪源致病菌的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和肉汤稀释法对复方邻苯二甲醛的杀菌效果和抗菌效果进行了实验室观察。结果用含邻苯二甲醛625 mg/L的该复方消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内猪源致病性大肠杆菌、沙门菌、猪链球菌的杀灭率分别为98.21%、99.99%和99.35%。在相同条件下,对标准菌株金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌杀灭率均为100%,对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.99%。用含邻苯二甲醛5000 mg/L的该复方消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率为96.03%。结论复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液对猪源致病菌杀灭效果比对消毒试验指标菌差,说明猪源致病菌对其抗力较强。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of compound ortho-phthalaldehyde on pathogenic bacteria in pigs. Methods The bactericidal effect and antibacterial effect of compound ortho-phthalaldehyde were observed by the method of suspension quantitative bactericidal test and broth dilution method. Results The killing rate of swine pathogenic Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Streptococcus suis was 98.21% and 99.99% with the compound disinfectant containing phthaldehyde 625 mg / L for 5 min. 99.35%. Under the same conditions, the killing rates of standard strains Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were both 100% and that of Staphylococcus aureus was 99.99%. The killing rate of Bacillus subtilis black mutant in the suspension was 96.03% with the compound disinfectant containing o-phthalaldehyde 5000 mg / L for 5 min. Conclusion Compound ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant has a better ability to kill pig pathogens than the disinfectant, indicating that the pig-derived pathogens are more resistant to them.
