本文发展了超高阶正则像差理论,利用广义积分变换导出了4阶,6阶,8阶和10阶简正形式的光程函数,其被积函数中只有位置函数而没有动量函数,极大地简化了通过光程函数的梯度运算来导出超高阶正则像差。本文得到了旋转对称电磁系统的3阶,5阶,7阶和9阶正则像差的普遍公式。
In this paper, we develop an ultra-high-order regular aberration theory. The generalized integral transform is used to derive the fourth order, the sixth order, the eighth order and the tenth order orthonormal form of the optical path function. The integrand function has only position function but no momentum function. The earth simplifies the derivation of superhigh-order regular aberrations by gradient operations of optical path functions. In this paper, we get the general formulas of the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th order regular aberrations of a rotating symmetric electromagnetic system.
