This article plans to discuss several difficult issues in current business management for reference. I. The basic link of the transformation of the operating mechanism is to adhere to the road of quality and efficiency. The transformation of the enterprise management mechanism is the internal driving force for the development of the enterprise. Its goal is to enable the enterprise to become a producer and operator of goods that are self-operated and self-financing. Obviously, it is inseparable from the strategy of strengthening internal management and implementing quality and efficiency strategies. The quality-benefit-based development model and implementation approach comply with this objective requirement. Implementing a quality and efficiency strategy is an effective way to solve problems.
