[目的]观察中药汤剂+推拿联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例门诊患者按抽签简单随机分两组;纠正偏食等不良习惯,指导患儿规律进食。对照组41例葡萄糖酸锌,饭后食用,2次/d,1支/次。治疗组41例中药汤剂(山药10g,焦山楂、鸡内金、白扁豆各6g,甘草4g,乌梅、沙参、白芍各5g),1剂/d,水煎500m L,早晚口服;推拿(双手中指、无名指和小指保持空拳状,手心向上,由患儿尾椎下长强穴向督脉、大椎穴进行推拿,循环推拿4遍后,第5遍以重提手法刺激患儿背脾俞穴、胃俞穴和大肠俞穴,第6遍推拿后对肾俞穴进行揉按);葡萄糖酸锌治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状改善情况(进食、便秘、体质量、间断性腹痛等)、中医症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈22例,显效8例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率92.68%;对照组临床治愈9例,显效10例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率70.73%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状改善情况、中医症状积分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]中药汤剂+推拿联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿厌食,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine decoction + massage combined with zinc gluconate on children with anorexia. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 82 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the drawing of lottery. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, improvement of symptoms (eating, constipation, body weight, intermittent abdominal pain, etc.), TCM symptom score, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 22 cases were clinically cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.68%. In the control group, 9 cases were clinically cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 10 effective and 12 ineffective. 70.73%; treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). Symptom improvement, symptom score points treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Chinese herbal decoction + massage combined with zinc gluconate in the treatment of pediatric anorexia has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
