引言碳材料通常从填充焦和沥青粘结剂通过混合成型,焙烧和石墨化而制成。大家也熟知高密度碳块可以不使用沥青粘结剂而从碳质粉末(生焦和特别处理过的沥青)制成,这些碳质粉末包含适量的挥发份。我们研究了从中间相体制得的碳质粉末在生产碳块方面的应用。
INTRODUCTION Carbon materials are typically made from filler coke and bitumen binders by compounding, calcining and graphitizing. It is also well known that high density carbon blocks can be made from carbonaceous powders (char and specially treated bitumen) without the use of bituminous binders, which carbonaceous powders contain an appropriate amount of volatiles. We have studied the use of carbonaceous powders obtained from intermediate phases for the production of carbon blocks.
