目的:合成笼状双环磷酸酯的羧酸酯衍生物。方法:用氯仿作溶剂,用浓硫酸作催化剂,通过4-羟甲基笼状双环磷酸酯在浴温下,分别与甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸及己酸发生酯化反应。结果与结论:合成了6种笼状双环磷酸酯的羧酸酯衍生物,通过元素分析及红外光谱数据证实产物结构。
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize carboxylate derivatives of caged bicyclic phosphates. Methods: Esterification with formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, valeric acid and caproic acid by using chloroform as solvent and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst were carried out by 4-hydroxymethyl caged bicyclic phosphate at bath temperature . RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Six kinds of carboxylate derivatives of caged bicyclic phosphates were synthesized. The product structure was confirmed by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy.
