目的观察支气管哮喘患儿黄芪颗粒治疗前后CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)、CD3+CD4+CD195+辅助性T细胞(Th1细胞)和CD3+CD4+CD30+辅助性T细胞(Th2细胞)的变化情况,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法将90例初发哮喘的患者随机分为2组,黄芪组45例和对照组45例,黄芪组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪颗粒,对照组为常规治疗。治疗3个月随访,观察2组的疗效和外周血中调节性T细胞、Th1细胞和Th2细胞的数量变化。结果黄芪组中,与治疗前相比,治疗后的哮喘患儿Treg细胞和Th2细胞数量均显著下降(P<0.05),Th1细胞数量显著上升(P<0.05)。对照组中,与治疗前相比,治疗后的哮喘患儿Treg细胞数量显著下降(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后相比,黄芪组治疗后哮喘患儿外周血中Treg细胞和Th2细胞数量均显著下降(P<0.05),Th1细胞数量显著上升(P<0.05)。结论黄芪颗粒有着调节Th1细胞和Th2细胞平衡的作用,在细胞免疫和体液免疫上对哮喘的治疗有一定的效果,并且黄芪颗粒和西药联合治疗哮喘效果更显著。
Objective To observe the changes of CD4 + CD25 + CD127-regulatory T cells (Tregs), CD3 + CD4 + CD195 + T cells (Th1 cells) and CD3 + CD4 + CD30 + T cells before and after astragalus membranaceus treatment in children with bronchial asthma Cells) changes, provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Ninety patients with primary asthma were randomly divided into two groups: 45 cases in astragalus group and 45 cases in control group. Astragalus membranaceus group was given Astragalus membranaceus on the basis of routine treatment, while the control group was routinely treated. The patients were followed up for 3 months. The curative effect of the two groups and the numbers of Th1 and Th2 cells in peripheral blood were observed. Results Compared with those before treatment, the numbers of Treg cells and Th2 cells in Astragalus mongholicus group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the number of Th1 cells was significantly increased (P <0.05). In the control group, the number of Treg cells in asthmatic children after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the number of Treg cells and Th2 cells in asthmatic children after asthma treatment decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the number of Th1 cells increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus regulates the balance of Th1 cells and Th2 cells and has some effects on the treatment of asthma on cellular and humoral immunity. Astragalus membranaceus and western medicine are more effective in treating asthma.
