为了在核磁共振测井仪器研发初期阶段建立电路研发工程师、软件设计工程师和后处理解释软件设计师三方之间的设计交流,同时也为了搭建在仪器初始研发阶段与地面系统进行联合调试的平台,本文提出一种核磁共振测井仪模拟测试盒设计。通过该测试盒可以模拟井下仪器的工作状态与数据传输机制,验证地面测试系统的性能,有利于地面软件的前期编制,大大地缩短了仪器研制进程。该测试盒目前已经成功研制,并应用于实际的地面核磁软件的测试应用中。
In order to establish a design exchange between circuit design engineers, software design engineers and post-processing interpretation software designers in the initial stage of R & D of nuclear magnetic resonance logging tools, and also to set up a platform for joint debugging with ground systems in the initial R & D stage of the instrument, This paper presents a nuclear magnetic resonance logging toolbox design. The test box can simulate the working status and data transmission mechanism of the downhole instrument, verify the performance of the ground test system, facilitate the pre-compilation of the ground software, and greatly shorten the development process of the instrument. The test box has been successfully developed and applied to the actual ground-based NMR testing applications.
