《工友》编辑部:我骑电动自行车下班途中,与王某驾驶的小轿车发生碰撞,我被撞伤住院治疗。交通事故发生后,交警部门由于无法查清事故成因,故没有出具交通事故责任认定书,只出具了交通事故证明。我要求单位给我申报工伤,单位却说在无法认定事故责任的情况下不能做工伤认定,故不同意为我申报工伤。请问:我所受到的伤害能认定为工伤吗?宫易伟

I asked the unit to declare a work-related injury to me. However, the unit said that I can not declare a work-related injury because I can not identify it as a work-related injury if I can not identify the responsibility of the accident. I ask: I received the injury can be identified as work-related injuries?
