采用香草醛－高氯酸比色法测定了益寿永贞膏中人参皂甙的含量。方法的加标回收率可达９７．５％，相对标准差（ＲＳＤ）为１．４４％，具有一定的精确性，可供作该产品的定量分析方法。
The content of ginsenosides in Yishou Yongzhen Paste was determined by vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetry. The recovery rate of the method can reach 97.5% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.44%. It has certain accuracy and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this product.
