本文基于山西省432家乡镇企业的调查数据,建立了乡镇企业绩效的影响因素与企业绩效关系的结构方程模型。本文研究认为,企业外在因素——政府行为、融资环境和社会资本,以及企业内在因素——企业创新、经营资源、企业家能力,共同影响乡镇企业绩效。本文认为,经营资源、企业家能力和社会资本是影响山西省乡镇企业绩效的关键因素,政府行为、融资环境和企业创新虽然对山西省乡镇企业绩效影响不显著,但从统计结果来看,都是有利于乡镇企业绩效的。因此,企业外部的政府支持、融资环境和内部的技术创新对山西省乡镇企业绩效仍然很重要。
Based on the survey data of 432 township enterprises in Shanxi Province, this paper establishes the structural equation model of the relationship between the influencing factors of the performance of township enterprises and the performance of enterprises. The study of this paper argues that the external factors of enterprises - government behavior, financing environment and social capital, as well as the internal factors of enterprises - the innovation of enterprises, the management resources and the ability of entrepreneurs, all affect the performance of township enterprises. This paper argues that management resources, entrepreneurship and social capital are the key factors that affect the performance of township and village enterprises in Shanxi Province. Although the government behavior, financing environment and enterprise innovation have no significant impact on the performance of township and village enterprises in Shanxi Province, from the statistical results, Is conducive to the performance of township enterprises. Therefore, government support outside the enterprise, financing environment and internal technological innovation are still important for the performance of township and village enterprises in Shanxi Province.
