香榧(Torreya grandis Fort. et Lindl.Var. merrilli Hu)是我国第三纪孑遗树种,孢子叶球单生,雌雄异株,极个别是雌雄同株。生产上,在无性繁殖的雌株林分中需配有3-5%的实生雄株作为授粉树。所以,如果能在早期进行性别鉴定,做好实生雄株的留养,在生产上具有重要意义。本文试图找出香榧雌雄株的过氧化物酶同工酶的差异,并探索这种差异进行早期性别鉴定的可能性。一、材料与方法(一) 试验材料供试材料取自诸暨县林科所的香榧林和苗圃。选取已知性别的成年树(树龄在20年以上) 11株,其中细榧4株,圆榧2株,雄株5株,作为定株分析的观察株。分别于8月和11月采主枝顶芽附近的侧芽抽生的当年生春梢小枝。8月份同时采未知性别的实生幼树10株(5年生3株,11年生7株) 以及随机抽取
