目的 探讨人工假体在骨肿瘤保肢治疗中的临床效果。方法 采用肽合人工假体,对37例患者手术行瘤段切除,人工假体置入,术后依据Enneking提出的保肢术术后功能评定标准来分析术后功能。结果 功能达Ⅰ级的14例(37.8％)、Ⅱ级19例(51.3％)、Ⅲ级3例(8.1％)、Ⅳ级1例(2.8％)。结论 人工假体置换在骨肿瘤保肢治疗中是一个切实可行的办法,术前严格掌握适应证,尽可能行术前、术后化疗,可减少局部复发机率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial prosthesis in salvage treatment of bone tumors. Methods 37 patients with tumor resection and artificial prosthesis were implanted by using peptide artificial prosthesis. After operation, the postoperative function was analyzed according to the functional assessment standard of limb salvage proposed by Enneking. Results Grade Ⅰ function in 14 cases (37.8%), Ⅱ grade in 19 cases (51.3%), Ⅲ grade in 3 cases (8.1%), Ⅳ grade in 1 case (2.8%). CONCLUSION: Prosthetic replacement is a practical and feasible way to treat limb salvage in patients with bone tumors. Before operation, indications should be strictly followed, and preoperative and postoperative chemotherapy should be performed as far as possible to reduce the chance of local recurrence.
