我们对30例结核性胸水和29例恶性胸水患者同时测定了胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性,结核特异性IgG抗体含量和C反应蛋白(CRP)含量,并对其中15例恶性胸水和15例结核性胸水的脱落细胞用癌胚抗原的多克隆抗体进行了免疫细胞化学染色检查。认为其对鉴别诊断有一定价值。
