银耳芽孢糖浆系用银耳(Tremella fuciformis Berk)分生孢子(又称芽孢),菌株 Tr-71,通过工业深层发酵培养,经加工制成。主要有效成分为银耳芽孢多糖(以下简称多糖)。多糖能溶于热水,不溶于醇、醚等有机溶剂。多糖的精制干品为白色粉末,含糖量达75%以上。化学分析表明,该多糖是一种酸性异多糖,酸水解后,其组成中含有木糖、甘露糖、岩藻糖、葡萄糖和葡萄糖醛酸等。处方:银耳芽孢浓缩液800ml,蔗糖300g,尼泊金0.5g,食用香精适量。制法:福建省三明地区真菌研究所用银耳芽孢 Tr-71菌种,以马铃薯、蔗糖等液体培养基,在28℃左右进
Tremella fuciformis Berk conidia (also known as spores), strain Tr-71, were processed through industrial deep fermentation and processed. The main active ingredient is spores of Tremella spp. (hereinafter referred to as polysaccharide). Polysaccharides are soluble in hot water and insoluble in organic solvents such as alcohols and ethers. The purified dry product of polysaccharides is a white powder with a sugar content of more than 75%. Chemical analysis showed that the polysaccharide is an acidic heteropolysaccharide. After acid hydrolysis, the composition contains xylose, mannose, fucose, glucose and glucuronic acid. Prescription: white fungus spore concentrate 800ml, sucrose 300g, paraben 0.5g, edible flavor amount. Method: The Fungi Research Institute of Fungus Research Institute of Sanming, Fujian Province used Tr-71 spores of tremella fuciformis, and cultured in liquid medium such as potato and sucrose at about 28°C.
