采用DEA模型测度2006--2013年新疆15个行政区域旅游资源利用的规模效率、技术效率以及综合效率、利用Malmquist模型测算2006-2013年新疆旅游效率波动情况;分析2013年新疆15个区域旅游效率空间分异特征,综合效率最高区为吐鲁番地区(1.000),最低为和田地区(0.312);规模效率最高区为吐鲁番地区(1.000)最低为克拉玛依(0.641);纯技术效率最高为石河子和哈密地区(1.000),最低和田、喀什(0.5以下);全疆全要素生产率东疆最高,北疆次之,南疆最低,分析效率差异原因,技术效率是制约的主要因素,并提出发展策略。
Using DEA model to measure the scale efficiency, technical efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of tourism resources utilization in 15 administrative regions of Xinjiang from 2006 to 2013, using Malmquist model to calculate the tourism efficiency fluctuation in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2013; analyzing the tourism efficiency in 15 regions of Xinjiang in 2013 (1.000) in Turpan area and lowest (0.312) in Hetian area. The highest scale efficiency was Turkestan (1.000) at Karamay (0.641) and the highest was pure Shihezi and Hami area (1.000), lowest Wada and Kashgar (0.5 or below). The total factor productivity of Xinjiang is the highest in East Xinjiang, the lowest in North Xinjiang and the lowest in South Xinjiang. The reasons for the differences in analysis efficiency and technical efficiency are the main constraints and the development strategies.
