成纤维细胞生长因子9(fibroblast growth factor 9,FGF9)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族成员之一,作为细胞间信号分子在胚胎发生和分化过程中起重要作用。近年研究表明,FGF9与卵巢上皮癌(epithelial ovarian cancer,EOC)有着密切联系。FGF9作为Wnt信号通路的下游靶点,通过参与细胞增殖、促进上皮细胞恶性转化、促进上皮细胞和内皮细胞浸润,在卵巢癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。现就FGF9的生物学特征、FGF9诱发卵巢癌的作用机制及卵巢癌动物模型做一综述。
Fibroblast growth factor 9 (FGF9) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family and plays an important role in the process of embryogenesis and differentiation as an intercellular signal molecule. Recent studies have shown that FGF9 is closely related to epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). As a downstream target of Wnt signaling pathway, FGF9 plays an important role in the development and progression of ovarian cancer by participating in cell proliferation, promoting the malignant transformation of epithelial cells and promoting the infiltration of epithelial cells and endothelial cells. Now on the biological characteristics of FGF9, FGF9-induced ovarian cancer mechanism and animal models of ovarian cancer are reviewed.
