目的探讨Kruppel样因子4(Kruppel-like factor4,KLF4)与肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC,简称肝癌)发生和发展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测KLF4在人正常肝组织、肝硬化组织及肝癌组织中的异常表达,分析KLF4与肝癌发生的可能分子生物学机制。结果免疫组织化学方法证明KLF4在肝癌组织中呈现蛋白质水平的低表达。结论 KLF4作为抑癌基因在肝癌的发生发展中起到相当重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) and the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The abnormal expression of KLF4 in normal human liver, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. The possible molecular biological mechanism of KLF4 and hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed. Results Immunohistochemistry showed that KLF4 showed low protein expression in HCC tissues. Conclusion As a tumor suppressor gene, KLF4 plays a very important role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
