中小学教师中,认为工作量比以前增加的比例占到91.3%,其中小学占到95.9%,中学占到84.3%,有显著差异,而且不同的区县教师对这个问题的看法存在极显著差异……(选自教师工作负担的相关调查报告)这是2005年某课题组,对北京市中小学1126名教师进行课程改革实验问卷调查的统计结果之一。事实上,教师的任教学科、任教班级、参加活动的内容次数以及班级管理等等都与教师的工作量直接相关,工作负担加重是一个不争的事实。那么,是什么原因导致了教师工作负担加重?我们一线教师又该如何看待工作负担加重这一问题呢?
Among primary and secondary school teachers, 91.3% of them think that the workload has increased compared with the previous years, 95.9% of which are primary schools and 84.3% are secondary schools. In fact, teachers’ teaching subjects, teaching classes, the frequency of participation in activities, and class management are all directly related to the workload of teachers. It is an indisputable fact that the workload is aggravated. Then, what are the causes of the increased workload of teachers and how should our front-line teachers think that the burden of work is getting worse?
