采用内模控制算法对国产200MW火电机组带汽汽换热器的多变量再热汽温系统进行控制系统分析与设计。采用了V规范型控制结构;为使主通道时间迟延最小,对被控对象进行了补偿设计;给出了能实现解耦且无纯微分环节的控制器设计步骤;详述了滤波阵的设计目的和过程。最后对所设计的再热汽温控制系统进行了仿真。结果表明,该汽温控制系统具有优良的控制品质。
Internal model control algorithm is used to control system analysis and design of multivariable reheat steam temperature system of domestic 200MW thermal power unit with steam heat exchanger. V standard control structure is adopted. In order to minimize the main channel delay, the compensated design of the controlled object is given. The controller design steps which can achieve decoupling without pure differential are given. The design of the filter array is described in detail. Purpose and process. Finally, the designed reheat steam temperature control system was simulated. The results show that the steam temperature control system has excellent control quality.
