雷诺氏现象是由寒冷和紧张引起的局部缺血的突然发作。虽然公认这可能是结缔组织或胸出口综合征(thoracic outlet syndrome)的继发现象,但大多数病例是自发的。
Raynaud’s phenomenon is a sudden onset of ischemia caused by cold and tension. Although it is accepted that this may be a secondary phenomenon of connective tissue or thoracic outlet syndrome, the majority of cases are spontaneous.
