采用载重汽车子午线轮胎带束层配方,以传统间苯二酚/粘合剂RA65/白炭黑粘合体系作对比,考察改性粘合体系——粘合剂PN759/粘合剂CRA100/白炭黑粘合体系对橡胶-钢丝粘合性能的影响。结果表明,在过硫与热氧老化条件下改性粘合体系粘合效果优于传统粘合体系,推荐的改性粘合体系粘合剂PN759/粘合剂CRA100/白炭黑最佳用量比为1.5/3.0/10。
