随着早产儿救治成活率的不断提高,支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的病理改变、分型等也随之发生了改变。BPD可能是早产、慢性氧暴露、炎症等多因素共同作用的结果,是婴幼儿时期慢性呼吸系统疾病的主要病因和死亡原因。BPD的发病机制是新生儿医学的研究热点。该文就BPD的分子水平发病机制、相关基因在BPD发生、发展中的调节作用等相关研究进展予以综述。
With the continuous improvement of the survival rate of preterm infants, the pathological changes and classification of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) also change. BPD may be the result of many factors such as premature birth, chronic oxygen exposure, inflammation and so on. It is the main cause and cause of death of chronic respiratory diseases in infancy and early childhood. The pathogenesis of BPD is a hot research topic in neonatal medicine. This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms of BPD and the related regulatory roles of related genes in the pathogenesis and development of BPD.
