目的:探讨彩超诊断睾丸微石症(TM)的临床价值。方法:应用彩超诊断17例TM,观察其二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流表现。结果:TM的典型超声表现为睾丸实质内可见均匀散在的似针尖样点状强回声,后方无声影,直径0.6~1.7mm。TM患者彩色多普勒血流均无特征性的表现。结论:TM具有特征性的声像图表现,彩超可确诊。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular microlithiasis (TM). Methods: Seventeen cases of TM were diagnosed by color Doppler sonography. The two-dimensional sonography and color Doppler flow imaging were observed. Results: The typical ultrasonography of TM was speckle-like point-like echoes scattered uniformly in the testicular parenchyma, with no sound shadow at the back and a diameter of 0.6-1.7 mm. TM patients with color Doppler flow showed no characteristic performance. Conclusion: TM has a characteristic sonographic performance, color Doppler ultrasound can be diagnosed.
