目的探讨维胺脂胶囊联合连蒲双清片口服、外用维A酸霜治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将76例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均口服维胺脂胶囊,25mg/次,3次/d,外用0.025%维A酸霜,每晚1次,治疗组加用连蒲双清片,2片/次,3次/d。结果治疗组与对照组愈显率比较,差异有显著性(χ2=9.11,P<0.05);两组痊愈率比较,差异有高度显著性(χ2=9.78,P<0.01)。结论维胺脂胶囊联合连蒲双清片口服、外用维A酸霜是治疗痤疮的有效方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral administration of VAM and Lian Pu Shuang Qing tablets in the treatment of acne. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all patients were treated with Vitaly capsule, 25mg / time, 3 times / d, topical 0.025% Victoria A acid cream, 1 night, the treatment group with even Pu Shuangqing film, 2 tablets / time, 3 times / d. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 = 9.11, P <0.05). The cure rate of the two groups was highly significant (χ2 = 9.78, P <0.01). Conclusion Vetiver capsule combined with Pu Shuangqing tablets orally, topical retinoic acid cream is one of the effective ways to treat acne.
