借鉴项目管理的思想,将组织学习与知识创新实施计划分解成一系列的子项目和小活动分步实施,提出组织学习与知识创新项目切分法,将组织学习与知识创新过程粗分为原型、推广和制度化3个阶段,并给出了每阶段的目标体系和考评重点,为组织学习的实施提供了有益的参考。进一步从组织结构的变革、信息技术的完善、激励政策的重建、共享文化的营建4个方面论述了组织学习与知识创新项目切分与实施导入环境的构建。最后,分析了这种将组织学习视为投资者对学习策略的序列决策过程的思想的意义,指出组织学习与知识创新项目切分法是开展组织学习期权研究的基础。
Draw lessons from the thought of project management, decompose organizational learning and knowledge innovation implementation plan into a series of sub-projects and small activities step-by-step implementation, put forward the organizational learning and knowledge innovation project segmentation method, the organizational learning and knowledge innovation process is roughly divided into prototype, Promotion and institutionalization of the three stages, and gives each stage of the target system and evaluation focus for the implementation of organizational learning provides a useful reference. Furthermore, the construction of the environment of organizational learning and knowledge innovation segmentation and implementation is discussed from four aspects: the change of organizational structure, the improvement of information technology, the reconstruction of incentive policies and the construction of shared culture. Finally, this paper analyzes the significance of organizing learning as the investor’s thinking on the sequence decision-making process of learning strategies. It points out that the segmentation of organizational learning and knowledge innovation projects is the basis for the study of organizational learning options.
